4 · Consent and withdrawal

Where we rely on your consent, we obtain it expressly and record the time and the version of the consent text. You can withdraw at any time — informally to info@cmd-klinik.ch. The withdrawal applies for the future; it is recorded permanently so that you are not contacted again.

For the self-test, double opt-in also applies: after submitting, you receive an e-mail, and only once you confirm in it do we send your evaluation. Without this confirmation, nothing happens.

5 · Processors and disclosure

We only pass on data to the extent necessary to provide the service, and we bind processors by contract.

A disclosure abroad only takes place to countries with adequate protection or on the basis of suitable safeguards. This concerns Germany (operation of the website).

No disclosure for advertising purposes. No sale of data.

6 · Your rights

Access · rectification · erasure · restriction · objection to direct marketing · release or transfer of your data. Please contact info@cmd-klinik.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7 · Cookies and audience measurement

This website does not set cookies. We use no analytics tools, no advertising pixels, no external fonts and no embedded maps. No usage profile is created, and there is nothing you would need to object to.

The self-test stores your answers locally in your browser (local storage) while you complete it, so that the evaluation appears immediately. This information does not leave your device — unless you expressly request the evaluation by e-mail. You can clear this storage at any time via your browser settings.

8 · Medical confidentiality

Independently of data protection law, we are subject to professional secrecy under Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code. We do not pass on information about patients without being released from this duty — not even to relatives or insurers.

9 · Changes

We adapt this policy when the processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page is authoritative.
