Before you start
You will be asked about complaints that often occur together in CMD: clicking or grinding, jaw pain, headache in the morning, noises in the ear and a feeling of pressure, dizziness, neck and back tension, exhaustion – and about how long you have been looking for an explanation. There are no wrong answers; where you are unsure, choose “sometimes”.
One question is about your eyesight. It deliberately does not count towards the result but helps to tell the causes apart: uncorrected vision causes the same complaints as a functional disorder of the jaw system – headache, burning eyes, a forward head posture.
What the result says – and what it does not
You learn how closely your answers match the pattern and which area is most prominent for you. It is not a diagnosis and cannot be one: a questionnaire knows your answers, not your jaw system. Whether the cause lies there is shown only by measurement. And an unremarkable result does not rule CMD out.
What happens next

If the picture fits, the CMD strategy consultation with the specialist follows; only then is it decided whether a CMD Structural Analysis makes sense.
